1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FreightPlatform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the platform for personal or commercial transportation purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance periods or due to technical issues. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Engage in fraudulent activities

6. Payment Terms

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FreightPlatform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

FreightPlatform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
